First, We Lead With Engineering
We lead all engagements with engineering and utilize design for manufacturing (DFM) principles. For example, this can mean removing unnecessary fastener hardware, minimizing masking points or optimizing packaging costs. As a result, each product is optimized for production to reduce total cost and helps keep future costs down.

Our team of in-house engineers supports each of our fabrication facilities within the U.S. and Mexico. As a result, we can take a hands-on approach to engineering services so we can see the program from initial design, to first article, to full production and beyond.

Support for New Product Development (NPD) and Prototyping
Our 5,000 sq. ft. Innovation Center is a fully equipped micro-factory within our Allenton, WI headquarters, and supports new product development (NPD), prototyping and design approval. Having a dedicated NPD center helps refine every stage of the manufacturing process to ensure your design is ready for the realities of a production environment, and most importantly, to eliminate any surprises during production that could affect quality, cost or lead time.
